Fridays we play euchre, pinochle, sheep head and bridge at 12:30.

Carla Niblick leads us every Thursday at 1:30 pm for Chair Yoga. Classes are $3.00 each and last an hour.
Calling All Quilters!! Every third Thursday we have an all day quilting session. The day begins at 8:00 am in the Annex and runs to 9:00 pm. Bring your own machine & supplies. Space is limited so call soon. You can also reserve lunch and dinner too.
Every Fourth Thursday at 12:30 pm in the Annex.
The Neighborhood Nurse visits once a month (see current newsletter) and performs blood pressure and
blood sugar testing free of charge. The nurse will be available beginning at 10:00 am.
In addition to our annual Puzzle Tournament, (usually scheduled in June) we have a puzzle going at all times in our main building. It is free and open to anyone. Stop by if you have a few minutes, or several hours and help us put the current one together!
Toe nail trimming is the second Wednesday each month in the annex. The charge is $15.00 and begins at 1:00 pm. First come, first served.
Practice is on Mondays. We meet at 2 pm on the first Monday and at 3 pm on the others. All singers are welcome!

A Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns About Falls. This class is designed to reduce the risk of falling and increase activity levels among older adults. During eight two-hour sessions, participants learn to view falls as controllable, set goals for increasing activity, make changes to reduce fall risk at home, and learn exercises to increase strength and balance. This is an evidence based class that will assist seniors in their ability to remain independent. The event is open to the public and free to Mercer County residents.
